Prasad is the CEO of Alliance Telecom.
Biography[]
The founder of tech conglomerate Alliance Telecom, Prasad by his own admission founded his company through unethical and often illegal means. Sensing the potential profit in Uploaded Intelligence, Prasad hired Chanda Vinod to head a division experimenting with it. Unbeknownst to Chanda, Prasad provided data for his experiments by hiring poor, desperate people from the slums and uploading them in exchange for providing for their families. The remnants of their minds went on to form The Clan.
When Chanda attempted to quit Alliance Telecom and join an American company, Prasad had Chanda kidnapped and forcibly uploaded while conscious. Prasad then had Chanda trapped within a time loop, keeping him perpetually working without ever realizing his predicament. Unbeknownst to Prasad, the Clan freed Chanda and they escaped Alliance's servers.
Prasad offered a partnership to Logarythms CEO Julius Pope. When Pope curtly turned him down, Prasad taunted that he was no longer the only game in town. However, after Prasad returned home to his family, Chanda tricked the staff into evacuating before starting a massive fire. Prasad went to rescue his son after Chanda trapped him within the pool. After realizing he couldn't free him, Prasad attempted to take his personal helicopter to rescue his wife and daughter. However, Prasad found it gone, and accidentally backed into the flames, burning to death.
