Biography[]
When crates of computer equipment and a generator arrive at the Kim House, Kurt watches Ellen, Maddie, and Cody in suspicion.
Months after Uploaded Intelligence is revealed to the public and the internet is shut down, Kurt attempts to prevent Maddie and her friends from setting up intranet for the community, firing at a transmitter with a rifle. After spouting his accusations that Maddie is somehow responsible for UIs, he leaves when she refuses to back down and warns her not to continue.
After finding Maddie and Justine advertising their intranet to the community, Kurt finds Maddie biking home later that day and tries to run her over with his truck. Maddie manages to get into her house and lock the door, but he kicks it down and finds Maddie in the kitchen holding a knife. Before Kurt can attack, he is tased by Renee and falls unconscious.

Kurt is a middle aged man with short gray hair and a skinny build. He wears a red baseball cap, tan shirt, brown vest, and blue jeans.
