Pasha Coupet is an older sister of Joey Coupet. She is portrayed by Tisha Campbell Martin.

Biography[]

Pasha was born to a a family with at least one other sibling, a younger sister. At one point, Joey married a man with two sons from a previous relationship. After her sister opted to upload, she moved into her brother-in-law's house to help raise her step-nephews.

After the Internet Shutdown, she is visited by Caspian Keyes and Maddie Kim. Jake answers the door and the teenagers explain that they are there to cure Joey of her flaw. He tells them two to leave after threatening to get his gun and closes the door on them. After Pasha hears why they are there, she berates the teenagers for revealing the flaw to Jake as he fearfully asks what she is talking about. Pasha reveals Joey told her about the flaw and swore her to secrecy.

Maddie and Caspian explain that the flaw causes a UI to deteriorate the faster they move. Jake has his sons go upstairs after things start to get intense. Unbeknownst to them, Oliver and Brandon take the drive containing the cure on the way up. Caspian logs into Joey's server, only to be ejected shortly after, knocked backwards and losing consciousness for a moment. As Maddie and Pasha help Caspian, Jake speaks to Joey.

After getting off, Jake grabs his gun and, in a fit of rage, demands Caspian cure his wife and Pasha desperately tries to stop him, crying when she fails. With a gun in his face, Caspian calmly tells Jake to shoot him. Stunned, Jake asks is Caspian is really alright with dying. As Maddie tries to intervene, Jake pistol whips Caspian and threatens to shoot Maddie. Caspian agrees to cure Joey but finds the drive missing and locate it will his sons. Pasha watches the boys as Jake takes the teenagers to Joey. She tells Oliver and Brandon stories about Joey to distract them. After Joey is cured, she and Jake watch as Joey reviles in her new found power.

Pasha is a woman of African American descent with brown hair in braids, dark eyes, and a dark complexion.

Personality[]

Pasha is stern but caring, as she kept the flaw a secret from her family to keep them from worrying.
