Rosemarie Braddock DeWitt is an American actress. She portrays Ellen Kim in the AMC+ animated drama, Pantheon.
Biography[]
DeWitt is the granddaughter of former World Heavyweight Champion James J. Braddock. Ironically, she portrayed the role of Sara Wilson in the 2005 film Cinderella Man, which depicted James J. Braddock's life. During her youth, she performed in various high school productions and went on to attend the New College at Hofstra University, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in creative studies.
In 2001, DeWitt made her television debut in a single episode of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. From 2006-2007, she starred as Emily Lehman in the FOX drama Standoff, though the series was canceled after a single season. From 2007-2010, she guest starred on several episodes of the AMC period drama Mad Men as Midge Daniels. However, she is perhaps best known for her starring role as Charmaine Craine in the Showtime comedy-drama The United States of Tara. Some of her other notable credits include Rachel Getting Married, Your Sister's Sister, Poltergeist, La La Land, The Last Tycoon, and Little Fires Everywhere.
