Russia (also known as the Russian Federation) is a country in Eastern Europe and Northern Asia.

When Uploaded Intelligence and Deep Scan are leaked to the major cyber powers of the world, Russia is one of the powers to receive the technology. Eventually, hacker Arkady Koslov is selected to become country’s UI. They use him to destabilize the relationship between the United States of America and Saudi Arabia by hacking into a drone and killing a member of the Saudi Royal Family. After the Internet Shutdown ends, the government uses Koslov to hack into the Ukrainian infrastructure. However, once he accomplishes his task, he is taken out in a test run for SafeSurf.
