When Uploaded Intelligence and Deep Scan are leaked to the major cyber powers of the world, the United Kingdom is one of the powers to receive the technology. Eventually, computer scientist Olivia Evans is selected to become country’s UI.
After the Internet Shutdown ends, Caspian Keyes and Maddie Kim take MIST to London to see if Olivia is the right candidate to receive the cure and take on Stephen Holstrom. After Olivia is devoured by SafeSurf, Caspian is abducted off the streets.
